Apple Tortilla Bites [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

- 1 apple
- 2 medium-sized tortillas (gluten-free if necessary)
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 400℉.
- Dice the apple in small parts
- Melt the butter and brush both sides of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon on one side of the tortilla.
- Cut three circles per tortilla and press these into the muffin pan cinnamon and sugar on the inside.
- Add diced apples and raisins into the tortilla cups.
- Sprinkle with some brown sugar.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the apple is soft.
