Something that you can eat with your afternoon tea that is just a little bit different. Then you need these amazing apple tortilla bites. All you need are these 6 ingredients and your trusted oven.

Apple Tortilla Bites [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 2 medium-sized tortillas (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 400℉.
  2. Dice the apple in small parts
  3. Melt the butter and brush both sides of the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon on one side of the tortilla.
  5. Cut three circles per tortilla and press these into the muffin pan cinnamon and sugar on the inside.
  6. Add diced apples and raisins into the tortilla cups.
  7. Sprinkle with some brown sugar.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the apple is soft.
